Psysnew.exe was not found in the system but that property window kept appearing. You'll notice the following key diplayed in the properties window: S-1-5-21-0243556031-888888379-781863308-1455 Run the regedit command to enter the registry editor and search the key S-1-5-21-0243556031-888888379-781863308-1455 and delete it from the registry.
