    1. I did a scan for jgs.exe on all my drives (including hidden files). It was not found. I definitely saw jgs.exe running as a proess. Any suggestions besides ‘please subscribe’ to get rid of the problem (if it is a problem).

    2. It seems that your jgs.exe process is not created by the real jgs.exe file, you need post your log for detail.
